Won't stay here again

Room stank of cigarettes. Internet would not remain connected for more than three minutes. Most uncomfortable beds ever, and so high that the dog couldn't get up on them (I had trouble too). Bright lights shone into my window all night. Entry doors did not lock. Some room lights out. Noisy. The good: hot water. The person at the front desk was funny and helpful. No visible bed bugs.
