Overcharged by $100
Best Western Plus Beckley InnI was charged $100 more than I was quoted on my written confirmation from Fido. I phoned Fido, they said they book through Booking.com and Booking.com doesn’t charge me but the hotel chain is responsible. Guess what the hotel says: that Booking.com must have submitted the overcharge of $100. Either way I’m out $100 so won’t be using Fido again if these are typical of the way it works.
