Amazing service!

Easy to use online booking with BringFido that allowed us to get a good price at a great hotel! Upon arrival at the airport, the shuttle driver loaded all my suitcases and the two dog crates. He unloaded again at the hotel then brought the bags to the room. The desk clerk, Marcia, booked us in, arranged for some dog bowls and managed to get us a letter checkout of 1pm. We didn’t need to be back at the airport until 4pm the next day. There’s not any fantastic places for taking the dogs but there is a strip of grass at the back of the hotel along the covered carpark. There’s a garbage bin at the back as well to trash the bags once you’re done. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The next day upon checkout, I was sat in the lobby as I had a few hours to wait and, what I think was the manager, came over and said hello to the dogs and I mentioned waiting to go to the airport in a few hours and she got me back into my room until four o’clock with no extra charge
I highly recommend this as a stop in with your dogs, especially if you’re flying in or out of Toronto Pearson.
