Did not work for us

We had a reservation, but chose to stay elsewhere because when we arrived we were told that there would not be any ground floor, exterior door rooms available for our stay.
We were offered a 2nd floor, no exterior door room, but that did not work for us as we also had puppet show baggage to bring into the room. In addition, my husband was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room.
On a positive note, the woman working at the front desk was incredibly friendly and did speak with the man in charge of the cleaning staff to ask if a ground floor room would be available for our one night stay, or if it would be possible to clean one and have us come back in a few hours to check in. He said no.
