Did not get the room we reserved

We reserved a room with a King sized bed. When we arrived all the pet-friendly King rooms were taken. The receptionist said that the reservation they received didn’t specify that it needed to be a pet-friendly room, so they didn’t save one for us. Ended up with 2 queen beds instead.
