Probably best option in Fredericksburg to stay with your dog
TownePlace Suites FredericksburgThe property is older and a little tired but very well setup for a stay with your dog and very clean and well maintained. Very good outside space to walk or run your dog. Very noisy air conditioning that kept waking us up.

Pleasant Surprise
Candlewood Suites Fredericksburg an IHG HotelVery convenient to highway and places to eat. The room was nice, good sized and very clean. My dog didn’t even sniff around at any smells in the room and he settled right in. Good area to walk the dog.

Excellent choice!
La Quinta by Wyndham WinchesterNewer property. The rooms are clean, very nice and nicely appointed. Fast on and off highway access. If your dog needs a good run off leash there are some lots up the road going toward to the college athletic complex. Excellent price. Outstanding Asian restaurant next door.

Mixed bag
Kimpton Brice Hotel an IHG HotelHigher end hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent bar and restaurant. On the other hand some negatives. It’s downtown location is out of the way when traveling south down 95. You have to valet your car for a $31 charge. The rooms while nice and nicely appointed are small. If your dog needs to run off leash a bit no place safe to do that.
