Castle Rock

Dog-friendly Castle Rock is a limestone, chalk and shale formation located 12 miles from I-70 between Quinter and Collyer, KS. These 70-foot towers were once a landmark for early travelers, but can now be accessed along a bluff. The area was once covered completely in water, a vast inland sea, giving it the stunning appearance that you'll see today. Dogs are welcome throughout the park, as long as they are on a leash.
