Baie de Beauport
The Baie de Beauport is pet-friendly. This popular beach on the St. Lawrence River is just five minutes outside of downtown Quebec City. There are a number of activities to enjoy on the beach as well as on the water, and there is even a food truck for when you get hungry. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach, but they are not permitted in the swimming area.
