    Seal Rock State Recreation Site

    Seal Rock State Recreation Site is a pet-friendly area in Seal Rock, OR. This beautiful beach allows dogs on a leash or under voice control. Located south of Newport, there's a large off-shore rock formation that provide habitat for seals, sea lions, sea birds and other marine life.
