Assiniboine Park

Assiniboine Park is pet-friendly. When a local Winnipeger befriended and nicknamed a black bear “Winnie” in World War I, the legend of Winnie the Pooh was born. Visit Assiniboine Park to see a commemorative statue dedicated to this heartwarming tale. Afterwards, take a stroll around Leo Mol Sculpture Garden and enjoy the well-manicured gardens and unique sculptures on display. Visit Website
