Silver Star Provincial Park in Vernon, BC, offers a section of trails between Sovereign (on the same road) and SilverStar Resort, with two parking lots where snowshoeing is free and dogs are allowed on snowshoeing trails with a leash. While Sovereign Lake has XC dog-friendly trails, snowshoeing with pups here is a no go.
