Celebrate the community of people and dogs that make it possible for Canine Companions to show that the most advanced technology capable of transforming the lives of people with disabilities has a cold nose and a warm heart. Furry friends and families are invited for a day of fun activities, inspiring speakers, dog demonstrations, entertainment and more!

This family- and dog-friendly Oktoberfest celebration features live music, German food, beer, traditional games, arts and crafts, vendors, carnival rides and a dedicated kids’ area. Friendly leashed dogs are welcome in most areas of the festival.

All Sighthounds and their humans are invited to enjoy a fun, leash-only community walk and celebration. The morning kicks off with a walk along the Orlando Urban Trail toward Lake Highland, with route options of ¼, ½, or 1 mile. Dogs must be on standard leashes (no retractable leashes or prong collars). After the walk, enjoy an after-party featuring adoptable dogs, raffles, live painting, a photographer, a kissing booth, dog pools, and food and drinks available for purchase.

This dog-friendly Halloween 5K welcomes runners and walkers with or without their dogs. Participants receive a T-shirt, finisher medal, doggie charm, chip-timed race bib, live results and finish-line treats for both humans and dogs.

Guests are invited to bring their leashed pups and enjoy live music from Central Florida favorites! Families can also enjoy German beer, bratwurst and a stein-holding competition open to all.

This family- and dog-friendly fundraiser features a short dog walk, canine costume contest, adoptable dogs, pet-friendly vendors, raffles, food trucks, music and more. Prizes are awarded for top fundraisers and best canine costumes. All proceeds benefit Franklin's Friends, an all-volunteer nonprofit supporting animal welfare programs including shelter and rescue, spay/neuter, community education and pet retention.

Barktoberfest is Orange County Animal Services’ rescue appreciation event that serves to celebrate the partnership between OCAS and the rescue community. The event will feature dozens of local pet rescue groups with a variety of pets available for adoption, including different breeds, sizes and ages. The event will also feature food trucks and vendors.

Leashed dogs and their families are invited to enjoy a festive morning stroll through the lush, 50-acre landscape of the gardens! Browse the Doggie Boutique for treats, toys, and pet apparel, enter your pup in festive costume contests, and pick up a complimentary dog bandana while supplies last. Hall-O-Ween canine costume contests start at 10 AM.

Bring Fido to this annual craft beer and canine festival that will feature 30 different craft beers for sampling, dog activities and demos, vendors, food trucks, live entertainment, and more. General admission is free, but beer punch cards must be purchased for the craft beer samples (ages 21 and over only).
