As Hawaii's original malasada bakery, Leonard's first peaked the state's interest in the sweet treat not long after opening in 1952. They offer these made-to-order hole-less Portuguese doughnuts in a variety of coatings such as original sugar, cinnamon sugar, and li hing. Filling options include custard, dobash (chocolate), and haupia (coconut). Leonard's Bakery is pet-friendly but extremely limited seating is available.
