Good not great

Positives: no pet fee, good location close to the inner harbor, lovely room and a lovely building. Negatives: it’s a bit of a sketchy area so the secure valet parking is necessary, but it’s $50/night. The hotel had a lot of issues with key card readers and only one elevator in operation. Some staff were great but others were disinterested.
