Red Roof Inn Asheville - Biltmore WestWe stayed here on our way to Florida and had no problems at all. The hardwood floors and such were perfect for having a pet and the staff were friendly. The dog walk area was a little small but it was equipped with supplies and worked out fine for our dog. Would have no problem staying here again.

Had a nice day
Lighthouse Point ParkWe had a very nice time at this park. Many friendly dogs and people to interact with and no signs of dead fish or the remnants of fishing gear that I could see. We also had no problems swimming (with our dog) on either the main dog beach area or the extreme west end portion of the beach that lies fully on the inland waterway. Perhaps things have changed since the time when so many people supposedly couldn't swim here? My only complaint was the lack of restrooms anywhere near the dog beach.

Ehhh, not really friendly IMO
The Wave Bar and GrillWhile they did allow our dog into the patio area; they didn't even offer a bowl of water and I was left with giving her my glass to drink. I'd call this place dog indifferent, not dog friendly.
