Updating is needed badly

Our room was big and the ocean view was great!! Location is great! When we walked in the room was the living room area and the blue couch was old and very stained. We couldn’t even sit on it. It looked like poop or blood stain. Yuck! The tub was dirty and the hot water came out of the cold water side. Staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful.
