Nice Little Spot
Hummingbird InnIt’s on the east end of town across from the golf course. Staff was friendly. Rooms are nicely updated. The room we got had a large shared patio. There are places to walk your dog on the grounds and in the surrounding neighborhood.
Quiet Downtown Location
Courtyard by Marriott Santa Barbara DowntownA mid century motel that’s been tastefully redone. It’s at the north end of state st, which is the quiet end of downtown. Plenty of dog friendly restaurants in walking distance. It’s a little expensive for what it is, but that’s Santa Barbara.
Good For What It Is
Vagabond Inn VenturaIF you keep in mind that this is a mid century motor lodge and not the four seasons then you’ll be happy. The location is close to the pier and a short walk to downtown. Lots of dog friendly dining options within walking distance. There is a train that goes behind the hotel. Also, you will hear your neighbors if they are noisy. Staff was friendly and helpful.
