Complicated and stressful

When we checked Into our reserved “suite room,”. We were told dogs were not allowed in there. It said nothing of this when we reserved online. This same person checking us in told us we also could not leave the dog in our room unattended. We brought a cage to put her in when we left, but she said that was not ok. We ended up having to take our dog with us, and kennel her in her cage in our car. We were lucky the weather was ok for this otherwise I do t k ow what we would have done. She was rude, and unwilling to help us. Very frustrating and stressful experience.
