Great stay
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham TiftonGreat overnight, pet friendly stay. Angel (midnight front desk staff) on check was awesome! Hotel is updated & clean. Nice hot breakfast option (though we didn’t partake). Nice large dog walk area, with enough space to run our large pooch. On/off freeway couldn’t get any easier. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing to write home about
Hampton Inn Lexington/GeorgetownJust adequate - served its purpose for an overnight stay on our drive home. Could stand a remodel - fairly outdated facility/furnishings, housekeeping could step it up a notch. Not dirty per se, but I've seen better. At least the bed linens & towels were clean. Carpeted room for our stay with fur baby was odd (most pet-friendly rooms we’ve stayed in lately have tile or laminate flooring - would think that’s easier on housekeeping. Dog walk pretty tiny so had to walk our bigger boy by the road. All in all it served its purpose but would stay elsewhere if we pass through again.

Great Stay
Comfort Suites Gainesville Near UniversityVery nice hotel. Clean. New accommodations & plenty of room (suite w/ large closet), bed comfy (ridiculously soft sheets), very nice/clean bathroom with walk in shower. Liked that it was 1/2 tile flooring & 1/2 carpet. Perfect for pets. Only drawback is we could not find designated pet area other than all rocky area by dumpster. Had to use grassy strips by the road - it worked. Pooch not fussy. Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable overnight stay
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - East RidgeOne of the better La Quinta’s we’ve stayed at with our pooch. It was clean & bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were courteous and efficient. Room was carpeted, which is rare nowadays when traveling with a pet. Great spot for an overnight stay on our commute. Would stay again.

Would stay again
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lake CityHave stayed here twice this past year. This is one of the nicer La Quintas. Room was clean & bed was comfy & cozy. Good space to walk the dog. Took off one bone because room only had decaf (at least it had coffee) and only 2 towels.

Dirty
La Quinta by Wyndham Knoxville Central PapermillTraveling with a pet we realize our options are limited and we therefore don’t expect luxury, but we do expect clean. After traveling all day & night we just wanted a good nights rest - kind of hard to do when you find what appears to be smeared bloody nose/snot on comforter. Floors are vinyl - not an issue & expected for pet-friendly room, but again, expect them to be clean. Husband went to wipe up some water the dog dripped on floor only to come up with a filth, black towel. Luckily our pooch had his bed to sleep on as I wouldn’t want him on that floor. Hairs in the bathroom. Should have read the reviews on this place more carefully. Clearly there is a housekeeping problem here. Generally not one to leave negative reviews, but that bedding was gross!!

Nothing fancy, but clean & served its purpose
Red Roof Inn PLUS+ GainesvilleNothing fancy, but it was clean and served its purpose. Only needed a place to crash overnight before continuing our travels to our final destination. Very pet friendly, location is quiet, nice & plenty of space to walk the fur baby. Vinyl floors throughout which is convenient when traveling with a dog. Bed was comfy and everything was in working order. Only “issue” was a broken curtain, but hubby managed to tack up one end so we were able to get a good nights sleep with no light coming in. All in all not bad for the price.

Nice, clean, pet friendly!
La Quinta by Wyndham Cleveland TNNice pet friendly hotel. very cleaned, room smelled great, hotel decor & accommodations look recently updated. Staff was friendly & even greeted our lab & gave him a treat at check in. Would definitely stay again.
