Pleasantly surprised
Best Western Miner's InnVery nice experience. Staff professional and helpful. Room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable, came with fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom, everything actually worked. Nice grass area for our fury friend. Very quiet and safe. We will stay again for sure.

Disappointed
Motel 6-Crescent City CAI give one just 2 bones. Pretty small upstairs room right off the highway so lots of noise from traffic all night. Lots of cameras but it seemed they have a homeless problem. I will probably not stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised
Quality Inn Ukiah DowntownVery quiet, clean, and roomy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice space for the dog to do business. However, there were 2 homeless women camped outside our bathroom window so we didn't feel comfortable opening it. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay and would stay again for sure.

Not great
Travelodge by Wyndham ClearlakeOverall experience is worth 1 bone only. They made no provisions for the dog. Room location was in the back and car was out of view. They asked for security deposit and claimed no responsibility for any loss or damage to your care while on their lot. The shower was a trickle toilet flush slow. The bed was comfortable but the pillows hard as rocks. The stench from the lake outside the room was unbelievable. This smell permeated the entire town which I know is not the motel's fault but really??? I think the price should have reflected the smell in a small way or at least they should warn you before you booked such a foul location. I will not be staying at this location again.
