Great staff
Sheraton Louisville Riverside HotelThe staff at the Sheraton were wonderful. My fur babies were greeted by name each time they walked through the lobby!

Not clean
Baymont by Wyndham CookevilleI checked in and was told they didn't have any clean rooms, I had already paid for the reservation. I was then offered an upgrade. I had reserved and paid for a King suite. There was a dirty, used face mask on the dresser, the curtains were difficult to open and close, the floor was not clean, and the air conditioner barely cooled the room! The breakfast that was advertised was a bag with a fruit cup and a tiny nutrigrain bar. I would definitely not recommend this motel.
