Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor an IHG HotelThis place could be great but felt very run down. The room was clean but items in the room felt worn and tattered. Also, at some point Covid cannot be an excuse for being short staffed.

Disappointing
The Gates Hotel Key WestWe arrived and checked in but quickly realized we had not been given the correct room. I had booked A Deluxe King Room with a Pool View. We were in a regular room. I tried to call the front desk but was unable to get anyone to answer the phone. When I went back to the front desk they said that they didn't have any other rooms except for one that was even worse in the very back of the hotel. I paid $600 for the same room that others had booked for $300. the hotel offered no resolution or support. Further the property was understaffed and some staff were outright rude. A prime example was Sunday afternoon at the pool it took me asking twice for a towel and 45 minutes to actually get one... pretty lame. Poor management to say the least.

World Class Property
Sagamore Pendry BaltimoreIt’s expensive but is worth it. The juice is worth the squeeze with this one. Highly recommended.
