Find another hotel

Would be rated zero but lowest I can go is 1. Where do I begin? The room was definitely not clean on any level; there were hand prints all over mirrors, the bathtub was lined with dirt from probably several visitors, the sink counter had crumbs on it, there were hairs on and in the toilet still, and worst of all the entire room had this absolutely just unavoidable stench of pee.

We asked to change rooms but somehow they were booked up for the weekend? Every time our neighbors opened their door the stench of pee wafted from their room as well so I fear a room change wouldn’t have mattered much. They didn’t take much off the bill for all of this either. They had gravel for me to walk my pup in which was also littered with trash and what appeared to be paraphernalia for smoking crack, so wasn’t so happy about walking my dog here even. Left with luggage smelling like pee. Overall will pay more for something else next time.
