This park is split into two sections: one section for large dogs and another for small dogs. There's a nice lawn for dogs to run around on and a number of agility training objects dotted around too. Pet Friendly West Fork Oak Creek Trailhead
West Fork Oak Creek Trailhead West Fork Oak Creek Trailhead is a dog-friendly, well-maintained three mile trail in the Coconino National Forest. The trail goes through the Oak Creek canyon with many different plants for your pooch to see and sniff, and in several places the trail crosses a beautiful creek. Your dog must remain on leash at all times, and you may be subject to ticketing and fines if you do not comply. Please contact the USDA Forest Service for current rates and fees regarding use of the trail, as well as fire danger level. See Details
Fain Park Fain Park is a pet-friendly spot in Prescott, AZ. This beautiful area is covered in lush green grass to wander around with your pooch. There's also a small lake with a waterfall and an easy trail running along a creek that dogs can wade in. The park also contains several other courses you can explore with your leashed pup. Dog Park at Golliard Park Fido can romp off-leash at the dog park at Golliard Park. The Park is surrounded by a five-foot-tall vinyl coated fence and features little and big dog runs, shade trees, and benches. Sanitation stations are located in each run and at park entrances/exits. See Details
Dylan's Dog Park at SARA Park Dylan's Dog Park at SARA Park in Lake Havasu City, AZ is a recreation area for pups. This 2-acre off-leash dog park has two fenced-in areas, one for small dogs under 25 lbs and one for larger dogs over this weight. Both areas have grass, a pool, walking paths and several covered benches. Please note they are routinely closed Thursday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM for routine maintenance. See Details
Roper Lake State Park Roper Lake State Park is a dog-friendly recreation area in Safford, AZ. Five miles of trails and natural hot springs are just a few of the things you and your pup can enjoy together. Sky Island Scenic Byway Sky Island Scenic Byway is pet-friendly. This scenic road is the only paved route to the highest point in the Santa Catalina Range, Mount Lemmon. Also referred to as the Mount Lemmon Highway and Catalina Highway Scenic Drive, this winding scenic road is one of the most picturesque pathways in the southwest and also one of the most diverse over a short distance. Once a month, Silent Sunday is observed, a day in which the park's main access roads are reserved for non-motorized uses, and motorized vehicles are not allowed on the roads. Glen Canyon National Recreation Area Encompassing over 1.25 million acres, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Page, AZ, is dog friendly! Leashed pups are welcome to explore Glen Canyon and cool off in the lake. The Recreation Area is open 24 hours a day, year-round. Information on entrance fees for vehicles, motorcycles, individuals, and boats can be found on their official website. Fido is NOT allowed in archaeological sites; on marinas, docks, walkways, and launch ramps (except when proceeding directly to or from a boat); along the San Juan River from Clay Hills Crossing upstream to the Glen Canyon NRA boundary; in the Orange Cliffs particular permit area; on Rainbow Bridge NM (except for pets in vessels at the courtesy docks); on the Colorado River downstream from the dam to the boundary of the Grand Canyon NP; or in Coyote Gulch, within the limits of GCNRA. West Wetlands Park Leashed dogs are welcome at the 110-acre West Wetlands Park in Yuma, AZ. The 30 acres of the lower beach are restored with native trees and grasses, and an additional 30 acres of the upper beach are developed with a lake, picnic areas, parking, lighting and landscaping.
