Dog Park at Margaret T. Hance Park The dog park at Margaret T. Hance Park is the first of its kind in the downtown area of Phoenix, AZ. The park features benches and large shade trees, separately fenced ADA-accessible areas for large and small dogs, decorative wrought iron fencing and chilled water fountains with integrated drinking bowls at ground level for dogs. Ivan's Spot Bring Fido to play at Ivan's Spot in Tucson, AZ. Named after Ivan, a TPD police dog lost in the line of duty, this one-acre facility features two separate areas for large and small dogs.
