Bark & Bolt 5k, 1 Mile, 100m Paw Pursuit & Bark in the Park Dog Fair This annual event welcomes both runners and walkers, two to four-legged! Choose from a scenic 5K course, a 1-mile or the Paw Pursuit 100 Meter Dash (a quick sprint where dogs run alongside their owners to demonstrate their speed and agility). Dogs will be divided into three weight classes: Lightweight, Middleweight, and Heavyweight. See Details
St. Andrew's Society of Detroit Highland Games Leashed dogs are welcome during the Saturday events only at this annual festival, and dogs aren't permitted at the Cèilidh. Guests can watch heavy athletics competitions, enjoy performances by massed pipes and drums, experience Highland dancing, and listen to live music in the entertainment tent. Trussville Dog Daze Your leashed dog is welcome to attend this fun, family-friendly event. The fair will feature bounce houses, vendors, food trucks, an art walk and even a pup strut! The festival will be located on East Mall in front of Cahaba Elementary School. See Details
Pierce County Kite Festival Leashed dogs are welcome at this festival featuring kite demonstrations, family kite flying, inflatables, food trucks, vendors and other fun activities! Guests are welcome to bring their own kites, blankets and cameras. Each day 250 kites will be given away, compliments of the Pierce County Kitefliers Association. See Details
