Very disappointing

Room keys didn’t work, even when replaced by front desk. In one instance, staff member had to go through the room window to unlock the room door. Also, refrigerator in the room was so loud, I had to unplug it for the night in order to get to sleep.

Dog friendly lodging website shows photo of a nice courtyard with green grass. Potentially appealing to dog owners considering this hotel. Find out after you arrive that dogs are not allowed on that grass. Very small patch of grass and rocks around a parking lot is all there is for dog walking
