Great Staff
Best Western Plus Rio Grande InnStaff here is great. The hotel is in a sketchy area, but apparently there is a night security guard and there is only 1 way in or out. Left to take the dog out early this AM and saw roaches outside my door. I reported it to the front desk upon check out and was told they are spraying today. Their bath towels are super thin. Was disappointed in some of the other pet owners who did not clean up after their dogs inspite of the hotel providing bags in a couple of places.

Disgustingly Dirty, Small Rooms
La Quinta by Wyndham Albuquerque Journal Ctr NWEvery room is pet friendly. The beds were fairly comfortable. Negatives-no longer have night security patrol, hotel is old and tired, no water provided but available for purchase, only one ice machine which is on the second floor and very limited breakfast. The metal face fell off of our set in box of Kleenex. Filthy, disgustingly dirty room- the carpet was stretched and had deep, set in stains and ground in stuff. We had to cover our path with towels. The carpet was not well vacuumed-there was debris in corners, under ottoman and in various other places-gross! The chair and ottoman were FILTHY and a corner of the ottoman was chewed. Only 1 electrical outlet worked, but we thought we were charging our devices all night-ugh! The sink was clogged and the toilet handle had to be held down to flush it. When we complained at check out we were told they will remodel but don’t know when. Take this one off of the list!
